Refund and Returns Policy for Family Drugmart Kenya

1. Unacceptable Returns:

We do not accept returns for the following:

– Fridge Items: Products requiring refrigeration cannot be returned due to potential integrity compromise during transport.

– Seal Tampered Items or Damaged Items in the Client’s Possession: We do not accept returns for items opened, tampered with, or damaged while in the customer’s possession.

– Returns Due to Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for products no longer wanted due to a change of mind or wrong picking.

– Returns after 7 days without communication

2. Acceptable Returns:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

– Returns Within 7 Working Days: Items must be returned within 7 working days of order receipt.

– Refund Process Within 3 Working Days: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will initiate the refund process, aiming to complete it within 3 working days.

– Items Past Expiry Date: If you receive an expired product, please contact us immediately for return and replacement.

– Short Expiry Items without Prior Communication: If you receive a product with a shorter expiry date than expected, please reach out to us before the expiry date, and we will arrange a return and replacement.

– Wrong Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect one to be returned.
