Description
Rybelsus (semaglutide) 14mg tablet 30s is a prescription medication used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Before Taking RYBELSUS
Before starting RYBELSUS, discuss with your healthcare provider if you have any other medical conditions, especially issues with your pancreas or kidneys, a history of vision problems related to diabetes, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. It’s not known if RYBELSUS will harm an unborn baby, so consult your healthcare provider about stopping the medication two months before trying to conceive. Do not breastfeed during treatment with RYBELSUS.
Rybelsus (semaglutide) 14mg tablet 30s
Take RYBELSUS exactly as prescribed. Consume the tablet on an empty stomach with no more than 4 ounces of plain water first thing in the morning. Swallow the tablet whole without splitting, crushing, or chewing it. After 30 minutes, you may eat, drink, or take other oral medications. If you miss a dose, skip it and continue with your regular schedule.
Possible Side Effects of RYBELSUS
RYBELSUS can lead to several serious side effects, including pancreatitis, changes in vision, low blood sugar (especially when taken with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems, severe allergic reactions, and gallbladder issues. The most common side effects are nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, and constipation, especially when starting the medication.
RYBELSUS® Overview
RYBELSUS (semaglutide) tablets are also available in 3 mg or 7 mg doses and are used in combination with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It’s not effective for type 1 diabetes or for use in children under 18 years of age.
